Googled de Certeau and I got this. More than I could have hoped for -aborted sometimes rules very much okay.
Currently working through dc's ideas of the city and everyday practices to at some point get empirical purchase on thesis data collected from students at a UK university to come up with typologies or poeisis of inter-productions of the 'global in the local' coupled structurally with dominant texts about internationalised curriculum. More simply, trying to find researcher voice which doesn't oversimplify the nature of language and escapes all hard-nosed empiricism. Currently feeling like turbo-driven butterfly.

An aborted post. Sometimes I run out of steam. Had to clear it out of the draft box, and I didn't want to delete it. Plus it does such a good job of not being timely at all about anything, as we pride ourselves on here at No Record.
